SizeSynth uses essential browser storage to provide account access and remember that you have read our cookie notice. We do not currently use analytics or advertising trackers.

What is browser storage?

Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage and session storage, also remember information on your device. Our account system uses these browser storage technologies, so this policy covers them too.

What we use

• Account access — Firebase Authentication. On account pages, Firebase stores authentication state to keep you signed in and recognise your session. Entries are managed by Firebase and may use names beginning with firebase:. With the default login option, authentication lasts for the current tab or session. If you select “Keep me signed in on this device”, it persists across visits until you sign out, clear site data or the session is invalidated. The notice controls do not sign you out.
• Cookie notice — SizeSynth. After you choose “Got it”, the local-storage entry sizesynth.cookie-notice.v1 remembers your acknowledgement for 90 days. It contains a notice version and an expiry time, with no account details or browsing history. After it expires, we ignore and clear it on your next visit and show the notice again.
• Analytics and advertising. None are currently installed. Acknowledging this notice does not consent to future tracking. If optional trackers are added, we will update this information and provide the required controls before using them.

Your controls

Open Cookie settings from any page footer to view the current storage details. Only essential storage is used, so there are no optional categories to enable or disable.

You can sign out to end your login, leave “Keep me signed in” unchecked for a session-only login, or clear SizeSynth site data in your browser. Blocking browser storage may prevent login from working and may cause this notice to appear again.

The website is hosted by Vercel and account authentication is provided by Google Firebase. Account and hosting services process information needed to deliver those services separately from this notice. See Firebase privacy information and Vercel’s privacy policy for their information.
